Returns & Refunds policy

At ASC BOOKS, we take pride in carefully packaging every order. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged upon delivery

  • Proof of damage is provided

  • The return request is submitted within 2 of delivery

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear or minor cosmetic variations

  • Items damaged after delivery

2. Proof of Damage Required

To qualify for a refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Order number and contact information

Proof must be emailed to support@asc-books.com before a return is approved.

3. Return Shipping for Damaged Items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for damaged items.

  • Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging when possible.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ASC BOOKS is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the damaged item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days].

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

At this time, ASC BOOKS does not offer exchanges. Customers may place a new order after a refund is issued.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items returned without proof of damage

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
